Everything is good. I liked the vehicle inspection form the technician used to check things off and show what was done. I appreciated that the floor mats were vacuumed. I was puzzled when I turned on the radio though. Sirius Satellite Radio, a service to which I do not subscribe, sounded out loud and clear, and when I went to a station I do listen to there was no sound, until I figured out I had to turn up the volume. How does that happen?

I reported a truck that wouldn’t start. Chris got it started right away, drove it back to his shop, tested the battery, and had a new battery in the truck by the end of the day. That’s good service. Thanks!

I broke down on a weekend, called Chris @ Jefferson Automotive first thing Monday! Chris got my car first thing, found the problem, got the parts and had my car fixed that day! He fully explained what the problem was, showed me the defective parts replaced and answered all my questions! Very nice, accommodating, and professional to deal with! I have a pickup that had a tire that slowly leaked. I took the truck to Chris to find the leak and repair the tire. This was the first time I took a vehicle to Chris since he opened his business. Since the tire had a very slow leak indeed, Chris said it took him a long time to find that the valve stem was leaking. He did the repair, and the tire is fine now. It was a pleasure working with Chris, and when my car is due for an oil change, I'll see if Chris wants to tackle a hybrid Kia Nero.

Chris was very helpful and did great work. Got the car in and out and gave me all the information I needed. Highly recommend.
